RALLY RULES AND PROCEDURE
Each room has two Queen Beds. No more than four guests are allowed in each room. Sleeping in vehicle on property will be charged as tent camping. No power cords ran from vehicles to power sources on the property without permission.
50% deposit to hold your reservation is required at time of booking. If you have booked your room on our website, you must also call the office to pay your deposit. We will e-mail you an updated Reservation Confirmation once we have charged you credit card.
You have the right to cancel your reservation up to 31 May 2012, and receive a refund of your deposit.
AS of JUNE 1ST, 2012:
THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON.
THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES TO YOUR RESEVATION.
Your credit card will be charged on June 1st for the remaining balance on the room.
As of June 1st, 2012 Iron Horse Inn has a no early checkout policy for Rally reservations. There will be no shortening the length of your stay, nights can be added on to your stay, depending on vacancy.
As of June 1st, 2012 there will be no changes to the name of guest or the credit card charged for the room. Meaning that upon check-in, Iron Horse Inn will not refund one credit card and charge another credit card for the room.
No refrigerators in the rooms.
No roll-away beds available.
